Terms and Conditions of Sale for La Normandine (T&Cs)

Article 1: General Terms

A client making a reservation via the internet, by phone, or on-site is irrevocably bound by the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs), and once the reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. If a quote is provided, we kindly ask you to express your agreement by returning it signed, which confirms your agreement with the terms outlined below. La Normandine management reserves the right to modify these T&Cs without notice. Any changes are immediately applicable, including to ongoing contracts, from the time of communication or publication on our website.

Reservation and Cancellation of Stay at La Normandine

Article 2: Reservation

The rates indicated on our website are per night, per accommodation, and do not include meals. The rate includes water, electricity, and full linens (bed and bath linen). The accommodations are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Any delay in departure will result in an additional night's charge. Your rental contract will be sent once payment is completed. We ask you to sign it to confirm your agreement (which also implies acceptance of the present T&Cs) and return it to us.

Security Deposit:

A security deposit of €800 is required. A link will be sent to you 15 days before your arrival to complete this process. The deposit will be refunded the day after your departure, provided no damage is noted during the inspection.

*Nmber of Guests:

The number of guests must correspond to the number indicated at the time of booking and stated in the rental contract. It cannot exceed the maximum capacity of 8 people.

Pets: on demand

Use of Premises During Stay:

Guests must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them appropriately. Parties and the presence of undeclared guests are strictly prohibited. The management reserves the right to intervene in case of inappropriate behavior.

Article 3: Cancellation

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing or by email. Otherwise, no cancellation will be acknowledged, and the stay fees will be due.

- Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: full refund.

- Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 50% refund.

- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: no refund.

Article 4: No-Show

In case of no-show on the scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the stay will be due.

Article 5: Reservation Modification

Modifications are possible without charge if requested at least 15 days before the start of the stay. However, they depend on the availability of accommodations. If a modification is not possible, the client may either maintain the original reservation or cancel, subject to the conditions in Article 3.

Article 6: Liability

La Normandine and its staff cannot be held responsible for any losses, accidents, or thefts suffered by guests, including during the use of facilities such as the gym. Children remain under the full responsibility of parents or guardians.

Article 7: Late Payment

Any late payment will result in interest charges calculated at a rate of 1.5% per month.

Article 8: Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of the registered office of La Normandine.
